Password and security of newsletter subscription

The Newsletter option requires you to indicate your e-mail adress in order to register. Security and confidentiality are recognized to the full extent. Your email address will be used strictly by the International Chair on Cardiometabolic Risk`s webmaster and will not be distributed to any other parties.

Communications with users

Our webmaster communicates with users through channels appropriate to the nature and subject of the intended message. Our approach prioritizes contextual help and page warnings in order to help users distinguish official communications from piracy attempts, phishing, or spam.

Partner services

At times, you may be invited to use a service that is provided by a partner (e.g., downloading Adobe Flash from Adobe.com) and hosted on the partner's website. These third-party services are generally identified and carry the partner's logo along with the partner's conditions of use.

Information provided when subscribing to the newsletter and the IP addresses collected by our webmaster are protected in the same way as your personal information.

Cancelling your subscription to the newsletter

The Chair respects intellectual property rights and asks that you do the same.
